M S Motors Ltd located at “13519 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC-V3T 2T8 looking for an Office Administrator (NOC:1221) for our growing company, someone that likes a challenge, to keep busy and wants to feel accomplished at the end of the day. Job Responsibilities: Ø Co-ordinate office administrative procedures, evaluate and implement new procedures. Ø Co-ordinate and plan for office services, equipment, supplies, forms, maintenance and security services etc Ø Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents Ø Create and maintain a

Company contact list & assist with client management. Ø Maintains a close working relationship with all departments within the company. Ø Perform Data Entry and maintain data base management of customers/clients. Ø Respond to customer queries. Ø Collect, sort, prepare and scan documents; label and enter documents into the computer systems. Ø May perform other office duties as per the company’s requirements

 

Wage Rate:$23/hr, 40hrs/week Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay. Benefits will be according to BC Employment Standard Act Essential Skills: Strong organizational skills, High level of integrity, Task oriented, Computer skills, Time management capabilities etc. are required.

Candidate must legally eligible to work in Canada

Requirements

Education: Completion of High School is required. A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration would be an asset. Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience of having worked in an office-based environment in an office administration role, senior clerical or executive secretarial position is required.
