Facility Operations Manager
We are looking for a Full-time Permanent Hard-Working, well organized Facility Operations Manager (NOC:0721) for our company 0905978 B.C. Ltd O/A Houston Motor Inn based at “2940 Hwy16, Houston, BC, V0J 1Z0”. The Facility Operations Manager position works with a team of maintenance staff to make that the hotel and overall property all function to the best of its ability. Job Responsibilities to Perform: Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, Hire and train of new staff as per your requirement. Daily verification and communication to Front Desk about each room in maintenance status. Performs regular preventative maintenance to guest rooms Responds to guest maintenance requests in a prompt and courteous manner Plan and manage the budget of facility management. Performs regular preventative maintenance to guest rooms Ensure that all the operations of business comply with regulations of company standards. Manage general activities related to enhancing work performance and providing services
Manage oversight of staff hours and overtime usage.
Other Terms: The candidate must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, and consistently make effective, high quality decisions. This is a physically demanding position that requires extended periods of walking, standing, squatting, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling, overhead activities Extended workdays may be required sometime to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands.
Completion of college and university program in related field is required Or An equivalent combination of technical training and experience in related field is required. Experience: More than 2 year of experience in related field is required. Wage rate: $37/Hour, 40.00 hours/week Language: English
